Mr. Frieson served as project manager and Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Hays as project engineers for the preparation of plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates for a three‑mile segment of a looped trail in southeastern Nevada. The designs for the trail provided for amenities such as rest-area seating, interpretive kiosks, drinking fountains, restrooms, water troughs for horses, decorative lighting, and landscaping.
