In April, 2008, Steven Frieson formed Birge Engineering, Inc., to promote his goal of providing high quality civil engineering design services to clients more interested in a superior product than the lowest price. Located in Upland, California, Birge Engineering is a mult-discipline civil engineering firm that provides infrastructure design services to both public and private clients. Birge Engineering provides these services primarily in the metropolitan Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas of Southern California.
